The Doctor says we should start at the beginning, but then, he tends to start in media res.
So maybe we should do as he does and not do as he says.
A blog is a website which an individual or a group/community of users record opinions and information on a regular basis. A library is a collection of books, periodicals, films and other achievable materials. We can draw an analogy between blogs and libraries, so consequentially a connection of blogs (such as blogger.com, livejournal, wordpress) can supersede the printed material collection of a library and expand into a digital rendition.
Blogging, through the use of google search, site search, tagging clouds and other tools and gadgets can appeal to a client audience or niche market.
We quite liked this new art blog (http://new-art.blogspot.com) with the vibrant pictures. The header could do with less pixaliation, but that is a small matter (or perhaps artily post modern).
This whole blogging business, it's quite new to us, but it's all very groovy.
